Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CC Tracker mobile app ("CC Tracker", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CC Tracker on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you download from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions

• CC Tracker offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features and limits.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
• Use the app to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its supporting infrastructure.

Not financial advice

CC Tracker is a personal tracking tool. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for your card issuer's official statements. Always verify balances and due dates with your card issuer.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
